In order to achieve these goals have to raise sufficient funds. Early estimates indicate that we will need to raise in the region of 25,000,000 Thai Baht, which is around 500,000 Euro for our Children's Village. As members of Lions International we guarantee that every Penny raised will be used to support this Children's Village project. Donations how ever large or small will be deeply appreciated. |

In order to provide immediate relieve for children who have lost members of their families, their home or any kind of income we have just started a new project. We are financially helping those families who are in the
most desperate situation. This project is meant to be a short term (one year) solution. We are closely monitoring the financial and social situation of these children for the next year und then revaluate their status
to decide whether they still need financial support or not. As many organizations (including us) have planned projects in the effected areas, it is very hard to tell what the future of all these effected children might be
like. After visiting schools and camps in the effected areas (Phuket & Phang Nga provinces) we know of many children that need immediate help. 
Our goal is to set up a Children's Village which can accommodate up to 100 orphaned and children in need. Our aim is to provide an atmosphere for the children which is as close as possible to a normal family life. One of
our priorities is to give the children a good education that will enable them a better future as they grow into adulthood.
